Xanthe Gladstone is a chef and organic vegetable grower based here on Hawarden Estate.

She is passionate about food sustainability and cooking, and also works for The Good Life Society helping us to find the best chefs (and ingredients!) for all of our events.

Xanthe will join Patricia Niven for a food photography and styling workshop on Saturday 13th May.
