Inspired by his father’s fishing trips to Patagonia, North Walian chef Chris Roberts is absolutely passionate about Welsh meat. He began by hosting CHRISFEST in Caernarfon town centre, before starring in his own television programme, Bwyd Epic Chris (Chris’ Epic Food), which has become a national hit.
