Lisa runs Edulis Wild Food and is an expert forager. She has spent her lifetime foraging and learning about the many amazing plants and fungi that grow in the UK.

At Summer Camp you will be able to learn directly from her on a foraging expedition around Hawarden Estate. Prepare to be blown away by plants and fungi you wouldn’t usually look twice at.

Lisa will be at Summer Camp all day on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 24th July.
