Mammoth Beer

Mammoth Beer are a microbrewery based in East London, established in 2021.

Co-founders Mark Pether (Crate Brewery, Meantime Brewery, Hackney Brewery) and Vikram Gudi (Mammoth Audio, Elephant Music, Protege) bonded during lockdown over socially distanced beer tastings on the streets of East London.

It was at this point that the idea of Mammoth Beer was born.

“We make small batches of beer that aim to draw the attention of your senses. Our beers are bold and novel, always evolving and engaging, moving with our tastes and inspirations. We don’t tie our beer to a constructed idea of a style, instead we simply aim to make something enjoyable. We are a locally minded company run and owned by Londoners, making beer that we love.”

With over 10 years of brewing experience at their disposal, as well as a background in London’s fringe art and music scenes, Mammoth’s aim is simple: to provide people with beer that has consistent quality, as well as depth of craft and imagination.

You can try Mammoth on keg and in can, in a number of locations. They opened their brilliant taproom in the arches of Leytonstone High Road in 2022.

Mammoth will lead a beer tasting on the afternoon of Friday 28th July.
