Chris Leach

Former Petersham Nurseries chef Chris Leach is founder of, and chef at the acclaimed restaurant, Manteca in London.

Manteca is a modern Italian-British restaurant focused on nose-to-tail cooking and fire-cooked meat. Think hand-rolled pasta and big meat and fish sharing dishes. In terms of sourcing, it’s almost entirely focussed on Britain and Chris works closely with farmers and suppliers across the whole country to find the best, most sustainable ingredients.

This is why we are so excited for Chris to join us at Food & Fire in May to cook a feast on the Saturday night. This one is not to be missed.
