Tom Herbert

Tom Herbert is a baker, food equality champion, and co-founder of The Long Table.

He opened Hobbs House Bakery in Nailsworth with his wife Anna, and he’s one half of The Fabulous Baker brothers that ran on C4 and globally on Discovery for 3 seasons.

His most recent book is called Do Wild Baking.

At Food & Fire Tom will lead a spectacular hands-on fire baking workshop.
