David runs The Whittlings, a tiny company in North Wales, making unique handmade tableware using human powered tools only. An axe, carving knife and crook knife. That’s it.

At Food & Fire, David will run workshops where guests will be able to carve a plate from fresh wood taken from Hawarden Estate. You will then be able to use this plate, alongside handmade iron forks and naturally dyed napkins made at the event.
