Esther Clark
Esther is a freelance recipe writer, food stylist and editor, based in London.
For three years she worked as Deputy Food Editor at one of the UK's leading food brands, BBC Good Food, and in 2020, she won the PPA 30 Under 30 Award for recipe writing.
Her clients have included Guardian Feast, OCADO, Sainsbury’s magazine, Delicious Magazine, Co-op magazine, BBC Good Food, Waitrose Food Magazine, BOSH, Harper Collins, Pavillion, The Telegraph, The Sunday Times and many more.
At Food & Fire Esther will be hosting a food writing workshop as well as doing a cooking demo on the morning of Monday 15th May.
