Jamie Corry

Jamie has 21 years' experience of working in the countryside all over the UK in many guises: bushcraft instructor, deer stalker, countryside ranger and youth engagement officer.

He is passionate about only eating meat that he has hunted or raised, knowing exactly where the animal came from and that it had a good life.

Wild Venison is the most sustainable and ethical meat you can consume and one of the most delicious. In his Food & Fire workshop he will start with a whole beast and break it down into the most delicious steaks for everyone to savour!

Completely self-taught and no access to any professional butchery equipment, he will do it all with just a knife.

This incredible workshop and demo will take place in the afternoon of Friday 12th May.
