Halen Môn

Halen Môn is a salt-producing company in Anglesey, on the bank of the Menai Strait. Founded in 1997 by Alison and David Lea-Wilson, (who also created the Anglesey Sea Zoo) Halen Môn sea salt, a fleur de sel, has been given Protected Designation of Origin status.

Now famous throughout the UK and the world among chefs and home cooks alike, we think this really is the best salt around. We’ve sold it, and used it, at Hawarden Estate Farm Shop, The Glynne Arms and countless feasts for years.

Halen Môn will join us at our Summer Camp Outdoors, Wellness & Adventure Weekend in 2025!
