I bring things to life through character and clay.

I have worked in animation for over 20 years, being part of the Aardman family as well as working with the BBC and a number of independent studios.

I’ve been a freelance sculptor and model maker for Aardman Animations for over 20 years, leading teams on a range of exciting projects (including several series of Shaun the Sheep).

You’ll see my work in Chicken Run, Wallace and Gromit and the Curse of the Were-Rabbit, The Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists!, Shaun the Sheep Movie as well as Creature Comforts and many famous commercials.”

Jim will be hosting a workshop where guests will be able to make their very own unique stop motion characters out of plasticine on Saturday 23rd July at 10am.
