This masterclass with Sunny Hodge will be a journey through wine and nature. Learn with Sunny and develop an understanding of wine through scientific and economic principles. You will learn more about what principles such as organic, biodynamic, and natural really mean.

Sunny Hodge has two wine bars in London: Diogenes the Dog and aspen & meursault. These bars root themselves in the learning of wine from a scientific basis, removing myth and romantic notions behind wine. The idea is to drink it, and to understand it.

In this workshop you will taste through a selection of delicious wines and learn from a true expert.

This is a session of discovery, understanding, and truly deciding what makes the difference for us as individuals, and if it’s all worth it!

The wines for the tasting have been specifically chosen to assist in the learning behind these principles and many are exclusive imports of the bars.
