Xanthe Gladstone

Xanthe Gladstone is a chef and organic vegetable grower based here on Hawarden Estate. She is passionate about food sustainability and cooking, and she also works for The Good Life Society helping us to find the best chefs (and ingredients!) for all of our events.

Xanthe will be showing off her cooking skills over the campfire at Summer Camp on Saturday 8th July at 2pm and we are hungry just thinking about it!
