About the masterclass
An eight part practical guide to effective management for leaders of teams of all sizes.
This practical, engaging and fun course is aimed at people who manage teams of any size, from 2 people to 1000.
Attendees will be guided through 8 easy-to-follow modules covering subjects such as emotional intelligence at work, effective communication, conflict resolution, hiring and retaining the best people, encouraging change, nurturing ideas and team leadership for introverts. The day will be full of practical takeaways and will help attendees to grow in confidence in their leadership ability.
Charlie Gladstone is the founder of The Good Life Society, Glen Dye Cabins and Cottages, Hawarden Estate Experience and more as well as the author of Do Team: How to Get the Best from Everyone (2021). He has made team leading films for corporations and an online masterclass for Domestika as well as lecturing widely on the subject of Gentle Leadership and Emotional Intelligence at work.

9:30am: Welcome introductions
10am - 1pm: Classes 1-5
1pm-2pm: Break for lunch
2pm - 4pm: Classes 5-8
4:30pm: Finish
The day includes lunch and snacks.

Just yourself, a water bottle and some suitable clothing for the weather. We have lots of areas under cover, should the sun not shine.

The car park is a short walk (one or two minutes) from The Walled Garden. Parking is free.

This masterclass is open to a maximum of 20 guests.

We offer refreshments at every class, talk and masterclass and most include a lunch. Please make us aware of any food allergies or specific dietary requirements you or your group may have prior to the course taking place.

Our Farm Shop Campsite is the best campsite in North Wales, and just a stone’s throw from Snowdonia and some of Britain’s best beaches. Set in rolling Welsh countryside, on the doorstep of one of Britain’s best farm shops, restaurants and bars.
